How much does it cost to post a job?
Posting is free and we never charge you for using the platform.
When do I pay for the service?
You pay for the professional's service, VAT included, and we hold the amount until the work is delivered. If the job involves taxes or official fees — registration tax, traffic authority, roadworthiness test — they are shown separately from the start and the professional invoices and charges them to you directly, because each one carries its own tax.
What if the professional doesn't deliver?
Write to soporte@carrevol.com with the job number. We talk to the professional and, where appropriate, refund all or part of what you paid.
Can I cancel my job?
Yes. Until you accept an offer you can cancel for free. Once paid, you have 14 days to withdraw (paying for any part already provided) or you can write to soporte@carrevol.com.
Who issues the invoice?
We invoice you for the service you hired from the professional, that is, what you pay when you accept the offer. Any costs, taxes and fees for the service are invoiced to you directly by the professional.
Do I have to register to post?
You can fill in the request without an account; we ask you to sign up when you post it.
Who is responsible for the service?
Each professional is solely responsible for carrying out the service you hire from them. Car Revol connects, holds the payment and oversees, but does not provide the services directly.
