How much does it cost to post a job?
Posting is free and we never charge you for using the platform.
When do I pay for the service?
You pay for the professional's service, VAT included, and we hold the amount until the work is delivered. If the job involves taxes or official fees — registration tax, traffic authority, roadworthiness test — they are shown separately from the start and the professional invoices and charges them to you directly, because each one carries its own tax.
What if the professional doesn't deliver?
If the service isn't completed as agreed, raise an issue from the job detail page and we'll contact the professional to find a solution as soon as possible.
Can I cancel my job?
Yes. While it's still "Receiving offers" you can close it at any time at no cost. Once you've accepted an offer, cancellation is subject to that offer's terms.
Who issues the invoice?
We invoice you for the service you hired from the professional, that is, what you pay when you accept the offer. Any costs, taxes and fees for the service are invoiced to you directly by the professional.
Do I have to register to post?
Yes, you need to register to post requests and receive offers.
Who is responsible for the service?
Each professional is solely responsible for carrying out the service you hire from them. Car Revol connects, holds the payment and oversees, but does not provide the services directly.
